Wherever and whenever you choose to travel with Grand Circle, reserve at no risk: If you cancel a reservation at least 90 days prior to your departure, you will receive a refund equal to your Trip Price.

Unless otherwise stated next to the program’s rate chart, you will receive a refund (which excludes the cost of the non-refundable Travel Protection Plan) less any non-refundable airfare/add-ons, non-refundable services fees, and the following per-person charges. Any applicable refunds will be returned to you in a manner to be determined by Grand Circle or O.A.T., including, but not limited to, credit for future travel. The majority of applicable refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation.

• 90 days prior to departure or more: Trip Price refund
• 89-60 days: 10% of your Trip Price or $300—whichever is greater
• 59-30 days: 65% of your Trip Price
• 29 days–departure: 100% of your Trip Price

• 89-60 days: 40% of your Trip Price
• 59-30 days: 65% of your Trip Price
• 29 days–departure: 100% of your Trip Price
