Yes. When you view your invoice in My Account, you’ll be given the option to pay online via electronic check or credit card. You can also apply any eligible certificates.

Yes. When you make a check payment over the phone your funds will be automatically deducted from your checking account. (Please be advised electronic checks cannot be drawn on Money Market accounts). Please allow up to 48 hours before your bank updates your account balance to reflect your payment. You can also make your electronic check payment online when you visit My Account

If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, please call or email us as soon as possible. You are also required to return any airline tickets that may have been issued to you. Refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive notice of your cancellation. We will issue your refund in the manner in which we received your payment. If you paid your deposit by credit card and your balance by check, your refund will be divided accordingly. Refunds are generated manually by our accounting department to ensure accuracy. On both Grand Circle and OAT land vacations, a deposit of $350 per person is required to secure your reservation. On River Cruises and Small Ship vacations, a deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your reservation. To secure reservations on a trip departing within 90 days, a full payment is required at the time of booking.

Final payment for all trips is due 90 days prior to departure. You can view your exact payment due date on your invoice in My Account. For reservations made within 90 days of departure, final payment is due at the time of booking. Read more about reservations and payments.

If you took optional tours during your trip, your payment has just been processed. At the end of every trip, the Program Director or Trip Leader forwards all optional tour charge forms to our office in the region, and our regional associates process them. While we strive to process charges as quickly as possible, they can take up to 30-60 days to complete.

You can view your current balance and payment history by logging into My Account and viewing your invoice.

In order to hold and confirm your reservation quickly, charges are automatically processed within 24 hours. Refunds, however, are processed manually by our accounting department to ensure accuracy. Therefore, we require a 10-14 day processing period before issuing a refund.
