Group Size
- Travel in three small groups, each no more than 20 travelers aboard the privately-chartered 62-passenger RV Indochine II, each with a local Trip Experience Leader exclusive to O.A.T.
Pacing
- 13 days, with 8 nights aboard the RV Indochine II, a one-night hotel stay in Ho Chi Minh City, and a three-night hotel stay in Siem Reap
- International flights from the U.S. to Ho Chi Minh City depart around midnight, crossing the International Date Line
- Airport transfers in Ho Chi Minh City take approximately 1 hour
Physical Requirements
- Not appropriate for travelers using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids
- You must be able to walk 3 miles unassisted and participate in 5-7 hours of physical activities each day
- Agility and balance are required for embarking the ship and sampans we will use on included tours
- Our tour of Angkor Wat includes a 4-hour walk through 3 miles of ruins on uneven surfaces
- We reserve the right for Trip Experience Leaders to restrict participation, or in some circumstances send travelers home, if their limitations impact the group’s experience

- Daytime temperatures range from 80-90°F
- April-June are the hottest months, with high levels of humidity and heavy rains likely
Terrain & Transportation
- Travel over some bumpy unpaved roads, walk along city streets and ancient ruins, and visit monuments, often with uneven paths and walkways with no handrails
- Travel by 35-passenger coach, privately-chartered ship, and sampan
Flight Information
- Travel time will be 25-30 hours and will most likely have two connections
Accommodations & Facilities
- Main trip: All accommodations feature private baths and Western-style toilet facilities
- Asian squat-style toilets must be used in some locations without other facilities
