  • Yes, you are responsible for all applicable visa fees.
  • If a visa is required for your trip, we will send you a detailed packet with the necessary visa applications, instructions explaining how to fill out the applications, and the visa fees. We will mail this approximately 90 days prior to your departure. If you have purchased your trip inside of 90 days from departure, then we will mail your visa packet on the first business day after you made your reservation.

    Up-to-date visa requirements for a specific trip can be found on our website by visiting the page for the trip you are interested in, selecting “Trip Details” from the horizontal menu on the left-hand side of the screen, and clicking “Requirements and Planning” under the sub-header “Preparing for your Trip”. Refer to the “Visas” section of this page for details about your trip. You can also reference your Online Travel Handbook under the My Reservations section of My Planner.
