When you visit your My Planner page, you can view your balance by clicking “My Reservations” and the name of your upcoming reservation. Then, click “Invoice and Payments.” Here, you will have the option to “View & Print Your Current Invoice.” You can also view any past invoices on this page.

Yes—when you visit your My Planner page, click “My Reservationd” and the name of your upcoming reservation. Then, click “Invoice and Payments.” Here, you will have the option to “Pay Online” by electronic transfer or credit card. You can also apply any eligible certificates.

Yes. When you make a check payment over the phone your funds will be automatically deducted from your checking account. (Please be advised electronic checks cannot be drawn on Money Market accounts). Please allow up to 48 hours before your bank updates your account balance to reflect your payment. You can also make your electronic transfer payment online when you visit My Planner

To secure your reservation, a deposit of $500 per person is required for Grand Circle Land Vacations, and a deposit of $750 per person is required for River Cruises and Small Ship Adventures. To secure reservations on a trip departing within 90 days, a full payment is required at the time of booking.

Final payment for all trips is due 90 days prior to departure. You can view your exact payment due date on your invoice in My Planner. For reservations made within 90 days of departure, final payment is due at the time of booking. Read more about reservations and payments.

If you took optional tours during your trip, your payment has just been processed. At the end of every trip, the Program Director forwards all optional tour charge forms to our office in the region, and our regional associates process them. While we strive to process charges as quickly as possible, they can take up to 30-60 days to complete.
