GCC Group Interview
Give yourself a little extra time (at least 15 minutes) to get to Grand Circle. See our DIRECTIONS. You don't want to seem rushed or be late. Upon arriving please check in at our Reception Desk.
Expect to spend approximately 90 minutes in the Group Interview and then 30 – 60 minutes in each department interview.
Do your homework. We expect you to know something about us. So before the interview, do some research on us and our industry. If you know someone or are LinkedIn with a Grand Circle Associate contact them and ask them about Grand Circle.
Please download the attached document and take some time to review them prior to your scheduled Group Interview. You will have the opportunity to use this information in team exercises.
We follow a casual dress code. However, for interviewing, please dress in appropriate business attire.
Strong candidates are also engaged. Remember, interviewing is a two-way street. Come up with a couple of questions to ask us. You may ask for more information about our corporate culture or performance management. Think of all of the factors that will impact your decision should you be offered a job.
Within 24 hours, you should send individual thank-you notes to each interviewer. An email thank you is appropriate. You can use the first initial and last name @oattravel.com . You might want to consider handwriting your thank-you notes to make them more unique and personable.
You may not hear from Grand Circle right away. If we are interested, you will likely be invited back for a second round of interviews. Regardless, we will let you know one way or the other about the job.
