Airport transfers for land only travelers

International Airport Transfers To and From Your Ship or Hotel

Available on all Grand Circle Vacations

We’ve listened to your feedback, and now offer international airport transfers to and from your hotel or ship if you choose to purchase your own airfare on any Grand Circle Cruise Line or Grand Circle Tour. Whether traveling on your own or with friends, you’ll enjoy the added comfort, security, and peace of mind knowing that, upon arrival in your destination, we've arranged for transportation from the airport to the hotel or small ship, where your trip begins. When your trip is over, we will arrange your transfer to the airport in time for your flight home.

The cost of transfers vary, starting at $25 one way. You must make your transfer request at least 45 days prior to your departure.

New & existing reservations

To arrange your airport transfer:

  1. Call Traveler Support at 1-800-321-2835 to add your airport transfer(s)
  2. Print and fill out the form provided as a PDF below. Then return it to us via:

Please note: Your flight information must be received no later than 45 days prior to the day of your departure. You are responsible for alerting Grand Circle of any changes or updates to your flight schedule in a timely manner. Please note that failure to provide timely information will result in the loss of your transfer and of any funds paid towards this nonrefundable service. You must fly into the same airports as Grand Circle travelers who purchase included airfare, as well as arrive on the day accommodations start for your trip with us and depart on the day they end—speak to your Travel Counselor for details. To add a transfer to an already existing reservation, call Traveler Support toll free at 1-800-321-2835.
