Traveler Review Guidelines

If you’ve traveled on any Grand Circle trip, we invite you to write a review of your experience to help potential travelers make an informed decision. While we encourage you to be honest, we’ve established some guidelines to help keep our community authentic, robust and helpful. We reserve the right to delete a review for any reason—but you can avoid having your review removed by following the guidelines below.

What makes a good review?

Be detailed.
Whether you're writing about a memorable moment during your trip or you wish something had been different, details will make your review more helpful. Don't just tell us you liked or disliked something—tell us why you feel the way you do.

Be succinct.
While we do want you to provide details, keep in mind that lengthy reviews are more difficult to read online. Even if you do have a lot to say—and there's no restriction on the length of your review—try to keep your paragraphs brief to make your review as readable as possible.

Use CAPs judiciously.
Typing in all capital letters is a surefire way to make your review more difficult to read. Because capital letters are all roughly the same shape, it's harder for the eye to distinguish between them. So reviewers who think capital letters will draw attention to their posts are actually discouraging their readers.

We will delete reviews containing:

Insults, profanity, or threats.
Inappropriate language or comments will not be tolerated in reviews.

Venting or ranting.
While we want you to be honest, please focus on keeping the content of your review helpful and constructive. Writing at length about personal frustrations will not be helpful to future travelers.

Personal email addresses or phone numbers.
For your safety, please do not post personal contact information in your reviews. Instead, we encourage you to use our Travel Forum to communicate directly with other travelers without divulging personal information.

Customer Service or Quality Assurance issues.
If you require assistance from Grand Circle, email us your issue here and the appropriate party will respond to you.

We want to hear about your personal experience with Grand Circle. Please refrain from including anything you may have heard or inferred from other travelers during your trip.

Content not relevant to travelers.
Please keep your review focused on your trip and your experience with Grand Circle.

Violating the law.
Don't post anything that violates the laws of your country, state, or city. Don't try to trick people into sharing their personal information. Don't threaten, harass, impersonate, or hurt others.
