Sometimes Home-Hosted meals can be awkward when conversation wanes. This was not the case with our host family in Houmar, Morocco, a short drive from Chefchaouen. A kid, a puppet, and a ventriloquist (Carol G., 15-time traveler from Los Gatos, CA) were all that we needed to have a magical experience.
Zineb, the four year old daughter of our host family, was the center of attention after lunch. She’d never before encountered a hand puppet and the moment was unforgettable.
I’m an amateur photographer and enjoy producing stories using still images, video, and audio tracks. It keeps me busy during O.A.T. bus rides and hotel downtime. Take a look at the short video titled, “Chefchaouen Home-Hosted Lunch” and you too will fall in love with Zineb.
