Every time you travel with Grand Circle and OAT, you'll receive a Frequent Traveler Credit worth 5% of the advertised cost of your trip (less any discounts), applicable toward your next Grand Circle or OAT trip you take within one year.
After one year, your credit value is adjusted to 3% of your advertised trip cost and remains valid for one more year. (Frequent Traveler Credits expire after two years.)
If you are currently booked on a Grand Circle or OAT trip, you can now apply the Travel Credits you've earned towards subsequent departures—even if you have not yet departed on your trip.
Some restrictions apply.
To receive the full 5% Frequent Traveler Credit, you must travel within one year of the return date of the trip for which you earned the credit.
If you travel between one and two years of the return date of the trip for which you earned the credit, your credit is adjusted to 3%.
The value of Frequent Traveler Credit will not be adjusted if the dollar amount of the trip for which you earned the credit changes.
Frequent Traveler Credit expires two years from the return date of the trip for which you earned the credit.
Frequent Traveler Credit cannot be applied toward the purchase of the trip for which you earned the credit or toward the purchase of a trip departing prior to the trip for which you earned the credit.
If the trip for which you earned the credit is cancelled, the Frequent Traveler Credit will become void.
Frequent Traveler Credit cannot be applied toward the purchase of a discounted trip booked within 60 days of departure.
Group Leaders are not eligible to earn Frequent Traveler Credit on reservations for which they earned Group Leader credit.
