Great calendar, great photos.  But it's too big for my wall! Please shrink future editions to make them wall-friendly and save printing costs. And keep them coming.

Am looking forward to receiving my GCT calendar.  Most of the pictures we recognize from our trips.

 How about it, Michelle?   :D

FWIW, I like the current size, it fits my wall nicely. I have it, my wall mounted speaker phone, and my travel map all right here on the wall by my computer. The "woman from Tanzania" (October) looks great by my computer.

I'm anxiously waiting for my 2014 OAT calender.....http://www.sherv.net/cm/emoticons/smile/mischievous-grin-smiley-emoticon.gif

I like the size also! Big enough spaces to write down appointments, social engagements, etc. I love looking at the pics of places that I have seen or those that I want to see!

I also LIKE the calendar as is.  BUT, I don't understand why this discussion about the OAT calendar is occurring on the GCT forum????

What calendar?  Is it a special request? Or purchase?

I'd asked OAT/GCT to stop sending brochures, wonder if that eliminated me from the calendar list.

Michele?

"What Calendar? Is it a special request? Or purchase?"  -  Good question mine stopped coming 2 or 3 years ago.

I never ask them to stop sending anything, but everything stopped comming.  Perhaps you need to take more than 1 trip a year?   I'm still working and can't get that much time off.

I was told once that you had to take three trips with either OAT or GCT in order to qualify for a calendar...I traveled extensively with other providers before I discovered OAT so, apparently, I do not qualify for a calendar yet; however, it appears that a calendar would be a somewhat more efficient way to advertise than some of the many brochures they send you..With  most brochures you tend not to keep them; however, with a calendar the OAT/GCT name, together with pictures of interesting trips, would be in front of you for an entire year constantly reminding you of places you may want to visit and a company you may want to do business with!

Ed, when I was getting it (and I don't know why it stopped) I would treat the calendar very much llike the other brochures. I would look at it, "ooh and aah" over the pictures, and then throw it away. As I recall, the calendar I was getting was a combination of GCT and OAT, with some pictures from tours offered by both companies. As somebody mentioned, it was big enough to make appointment notes on, but the slick finish on the paper required a special type of pen.

Hello Everybody -

Thank you for comments & your patience.

I have confirmed that the calendars should be arriving in homes by mid-December.   I am still trying to confirm exactly who receives them.  I will hopefully have that information by Monday, October 21.

Kind Regards,

Michelle

I, too, like the calendar the way it is, because the blocks are big enough to put the more than one appt per day on it.  Also, the pictures are beautiful and a reminder of whre I've been or where I'd like to go.

I started getting the calendar after we had taken 3 trips (at the time Inner Circle requirement).  I got it for about 4 years, and last year I didn't get it.  Some posters said they were told to call in.  I waited and waited for the mail to have one for me, so alas, I h ad to call.  It took a few weeks, but I did get one.  Not sure why I was initially left off the mailing list.  Hope I'm back on it this year.

Michelle,

Were you ever able to determine who get set calendars?

I qualify for both GCT and OAT calendars.  Most years I received both which I thoroughly enjoy. Last year I did not receive a calendar and had t call and request one.  They asked which I wanted, OAT or GCT?  I guess you cannot get both anymore.

Hello Porkchop55 -

I was able to verify that members of our loyalty clubs - Sir Edmund Hillary for OAT & Inner Circle for GCT/GCCL - receive the calendars.  As mentioned earlier the thread, they should be in homes by mid-December.

Kind Regards,
Michelle
