Michelle from GCT posted on September 6th that they were going to investigate why the traveler review tab is not working on their website.  That was 10 days ago and mine is still not working.  The tab spins and says that the reviews are loading, but nothing ever comes up on the screen.  I enjoy reading these reviews when I am planning a trip.  Anyone else still having this problem.  Hello Michelle...

I think the browser/search engine used impacts how much of the website is accessible.  I often had problems using Internet Explorer, but no problems when I use Google Chrome.  There are lots of options... regular Google, Bing, etc.

Try one and see if you get better access.

Sorry you're having trouble, Lyn. I just looked up a couple of trips and clicked on the traveler reviews button and the reviews were almost instantly available. Something must be different about our setups.

BTW, I use Internet Explorer.

Lyn is not alone.  I am still having the same issue with both the GCT and the OAT websites.  I am using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8.  Yes, I  know there are other browsers available (e.g., Google, Bing, and others); but I should not have to use them.  GCT/OAT's web developers have caused nothing but trouble since May.  Upper management needs to step in, get actively involved, and straighten out the messes that have been created by the website developers.
