I just signed up for OAT to India next year. I'm 64, in excellent health. I walk 4 miles every morning and take yoga classes. BUT I just came back from a GCT tour of Spain and Portugal, and I was one tired puppy by the end of that trip! I had to skip a full day's travel in favor of a morning trip to the Lisbon MFA and an afternoon nap.

I eat well and am a sound sleeper.

Anyone around my age who's gone on the OAT trip to India and in good health: how tough was the trip? Did you take a post-trip, and were you able to keep up OK?

Thanks,
Laurie

We did not do a post-trip, but Heart of India was one of the least tiring trips I have ever done. I was age 67 at the time.
