We did this tour back in March. It was fantastic. In Pisa we had approx. 2 hours on our own to do as we please. You will have plenty of time to do whatever you please. Enjoy your vacation

I couldn't figure out how to post a question, tho' I did it before??? Anyway; I was reading reviews on our upcoming trip; Italy; Tuscany, Riviera, Alps; and someone said Innsbrucke was not worth the 'extra'.  Anyone else have any input??  Thanks

I would like to know the same thing. I will be taking the Tuscany to Alps tour in June and am wondering if anyone could tell me which extra tours are the best to take? Thank you

I was glad to have taken the Innsbruck optional but wished afterward that I had gone to see the Ice Man exhibit instead (which would have been on my own since GCT didn't offer it as an optional).  My recollection was that after a short area tour with a local guide and walking around the town, most of our group and the time was spent in the Sworovski crystal show room. Please do not let me discourange you because that part of the Austria is beautiful.
