Update as of 4-23-10
Please be assured that we are working diligently with all of our travelers who have been stranded in Europe during this unprecedented situation—we are striving to get those travelers home as quickly as possible. If you are concerned about an Grand Circle traveler who is still overseas, please call our Traveler Support Department at 1-800-321-2835.
All Grand Circle trips during this period are scheduled to depart as originally planned. Please confirm your international flight prior to departing your homecity. (Below are links to the websites of all the international airlines that work with Grand Circle Travel.)
If the airline confirms your international flight is still on schedule, please proceed as originally planned.
If your international flight is cancelled by the airline, please don’t go to the airport and board your originally scheduled domestic flight. . We do not want you to get stranded in a gateway city without a confirmed seat on an international flight. Please stay home, and work directly with the airlines to rebook yourself on a confirmed flight. If your international flight is cancelled (or rescheduled), we will contact our associates in the region as soon as you are rebooked to make arrangements for you to meet up with the rest of your group.
We are also working with the airlines to rebook travelers whose flights were cancelled. If your flight has been cancelled, and we are able to confirm your new reservation before you are, we will contact you to advise you of your flight changes. If you are able to confirm your new reservation before we are, please contact Grand Circle’s Traveler Support department immediately at 1-800-321-2835 to advise us of your new flight itinerary.
