At Grand Circle, we’re always looking for ways to improve. And when we ask our travelers for their feedback, we take these suggestions to heart. That’s why we’re excited to announce some of our latest enhancements to Grand Circle’s website based on suggestions from travelers like you.
When you visit our website this September, you’ll notice that things are a little different. That’s because we’ve worked on three significant changes to improve the way you find things online.
First, we’ve created a clearer design. On our “Trip at a Glance” page (where you’ll get a quick glimpse of whichever vacation you’re interested in), we’ve simplified the way things are laid out. How did we do this? We’ve increased the size of the map, presented our itineraries in a clearer manner, and made it easier to navigate between different aspects of your trip.
Secondly, we’ve created easier access. We’ve redesigned the header of Grand Circle’s website so that you can sign into your personal account at My GCT. Once you’re signed in, you will receive notification of new messages in your inbox. You’ll also be able to view the Top 3 Trips in your online Traveler Planner.
Finally, we’ve created a simpler search. With our new design, by hovering over the navigation bar at the top of each webpage, you'll find a drop-down menu, where you’ll be able to view information on our River Cruises and find your choice of our vacations around the world—with only one click of your mouse.
We hope that these changes will help to improve your experience with us online and that you’ll visit us in the coming weeks to see these changes for yourself.
