  • Make your own international flight arrangements directly with the airline, applying frequent flyer miles if available
  • International airport transfers to and from your ship or hotel are available for purchase
  • Stay overnight in a connecting city before or after your trip
  • Request to arrive a few days early to get a fresh start on your vacation
  • Choose to “break away” before or after your trip, spending additional days or weeks on your own
  • Extend your vacation with our optional pre- and post-trip extensions
  • Combine your choice of Grand Circle Cruise Line vacations to maximize your value
  • Upgrade to business or premium economy class

Depart U.S

Depart the U.S. today on your flight to Paris.

Day 2
Arrive Paris, France

Arrive today in Paris. After checking into the hotel, you can join your Program Director on a vicinity walk of the neighborhood around your hotel. Your Program Director will also introduce you to the Paris Metro system, which can take you all over the city during your three days here.

Dinner tonight is on your own; your Program Director can offer advice about local restaurants.
Day 3
Paris/Optional French Cabaret Dinner & Show

This morning, use your included Paris Metro pass and accompany your Program Director for a walk in the historical Marais district. During time on your own, you may also want to visit the Musee d'Orsay, known as much for the building in which it is housed as for its superb collection of Impressionist, Post-Impressionist, and Art Nouveau artists. It was classified as a Historical Monument in 1976 and inaugurated as a museum in 1986.

Tonight, join a different optional outing for a lively French Cabaret Dinner & Show. Enjoy dinner with a French cabaret performance, and find out why this kind of theater has been celebrated for so many years—in both France and throughout the world.
Day 4
Paris/Optional Montmartre tour

Your day is at leisure to explore Paris on your own.

Or, join an optional half-day excursion to one of Paris’ most famous and lively districts, Montmartre. Visit the famed Basilica of the Sacre Coeur, with its dramatic perch on the top of the Montmartre hill. Delight in the views of Paris below, and spend some time exploring the charming streets of this romantic neighborhood. Watch the street artists at work or browse the local shops for some souvenirs to bring home.
Day 5
Paris

Enjoy another day to discover Paris at your own pace. Perhaps you’ll explore the magnificent Gothic Cathedral of Notre Dame and the Place de la Concorde or take advantage of the fine shopping to be had in Paris’s fashionable shops and boutiques.

This evening, you’ll meet your fellow travelers and begin your Cruising Burgundy & Provence to the Cote d'Azur River CruiseTour.
